Its easy to open the blocked sites....
just open up ur command prompt and type the ping command followed by the blocked site for eg:type ping www.orkut.com it is going to give u the ip address of that site and then using that ip address u can access the website ...just type the ip like this http:\\172.16.0.8........its over then u are in........
