Im going to go and lay in the sun now. I know, I know, it isnt good for you, but I cant seem to help myself. When i was a child, playing in the sun all day was the thing to do, now we cant go out with out sunblock 500 slathered all over us. The majority of people go to tanning beds now and they do it year round. Whats the difference? There may not be uv rays in a tanning bed (or is there) but its doing the same thing to your skin as the sun does doesnt it??? Are you a sun bunny like me or do you prefer the tanning bed????

Hi There!
I used to be like you. I used to enjoy lying in the sun for hours and just soaking up the rays. However, as I aged my skin can no longer handle it. I am not actually sure if it is my skin, or if the sun is that much stronger than it used to be. I can't stand tanning beds as they make me feel claustrophopic.
cheers,

I'd rather get a natural tan than lay on a tanning bed. I'm not too worried about the sun's rays but I usually put on a light sunscreen so I don't get burned. I think that that's what causes most cases of skin cancer, repeated damage from sunburns. Have a great time!
