Yes paypal available in Indonesia for just send money but not for receiving money.

paypal is now open in the Philippines you can register at www.paypal.com then select Philippines as your country if you are from philippines. I dont know when paypal to open for indonesians! thanks!

is that so, since when did paypal included the philippines as its area of coverage cause the last time i check is not yet covered, the philippines i mean. greetings. : )
