Did you ever think what life would be without a toaster, microwave, fridge, water purifier,hair dryer,epilator, cell phone for that matter. Yes, we will not be able to do a lot of things for that day. We would be tied down with invisible cords, and would not undrestand how to survive!! It can be simple things like your music system, TV, gaming console, laptop/computer. Have you ever thought how we would get through the day without these??
All these things have become so much a part of our day-to-day lives that it is hard to proceed without them. We all are dependent on these gadgets and electrical appliances no matter how independent we are!! I say i am dependent on these,what about you. How dependent are you on these electrical appliances and gadgets???

Yes I have so many appliances I hardly have room on my bench, I wish I had one of thos houses that has a big cupboard just for the appliances athat all in their place, all ready plugged in, I think sometimes we have too much luxury, to be honest I don't really use them all that much, silly really.

Actually if you go to see, these appliances do not make our lives any simpler but they do manage to make out lives more cluttered. It the same with me too, i have a toaster in which i have not toasted bread for about 3 months, i now like to toast the bread on the griddle with loads of butter. So it has been lying around with no such use. I do not like to use the food processor as well as it has too many parts that i have to wash aftr use!! they are all silly things, made especialy for people to be more lazy!!

Yes, we're very dependent on them! Fortunately, I was raised to know how to live without them and I taught my children, too. I sometimes enjoy buttering bread and frying it instead of using the toaster. We used to have a wire contraption that we used to toast bread over a campfire and I wish I had one of those.
I wouldn't miss the TV but I would miss my computer and radios! I don't have a dishwasher and I know how to cook over a fire so I'd do pretty well if everything were taken away--but I wouldn't like it!

I don't have as many electric gadgets as some people but I don't know what I'd do without my electric grinder, my coffee pot, toaster, mixer and blender. I can remember back to my childhood and we didn't have electricity in our house til I was 5. I don't want to go back to those days, but I probably could simplify a little.
