I'm Not Superstitious (sp?) Or Anything But A Lot Of People Are And I've Had A Lot Of People Ask Me Today When I Was Out And About, How My Day Was Going? Had I Had Anything Bad Happen? Actually No, I Said, It's Been A Pretty Good Day. Little Do They Know That 13 Is My Lucky Number Though, So That May Have Something To Do With It. What Do You Think? Are You Superstitious? (sp?) Do You Hide Under The overs When Friday The 13th Rolls Around? Do You Everything In Your Power To Avoid Black Cats And Ladder's.

My Friday the 13th was like any other Friday. I went about my usual stuff, and nothing 'bad' happened all day. I have never treated Friday the 13th as anything other than another day on the calendar. And I once owned a black cat. lol I have never been superstitous about cat's, ladders, or anything else.

I had a black cat that we named Felony because she would take anything shiny and hide it somewhere in my closet. We found all kinds of things there when we moved, even my friends watch we had been looking for for months. She was such a thief but we loved her. She even had a black tongue and beautiful orange eyes. Glad you had a good day too.

I normally have a bad friday the 13th, but this year I managed to collect $100 EACH for two pregnant ladies leaving at my work for a year, and went out that night with a really good friend of mine. Best one yet!

I had a normal day and that is how I went into the day. I didn't even think of it being Friday the 13th!! Our local radio station had lots of giveaways --it was really awesome. Too bad I didn't win anything. They had free $50 gas cards all day, the money machine going off all day with $100 winners and also a name game, to where if your name was called out on the air, you call back to win $100 or $1000! That in itself made it a fun day!

I totally forgot it was Friday the 13th! I don't believe that Friday the 13th is any different then any other day. I been actally kinda lucky today! When I was walking to my car from work, it wasn't raining then right when I close my door it start pouring! Then about 10 minutes later when I got home, it stop raining! Yucky to drive in but at least I didn't get wet. The only bad thing is I'm procastinating on doing my homework! :P

Well there was a strange accident at work, not involving me, so the place where I worked had a bad friday the 13th.

Well I had a great Friday the 13th, I went to visit a friend in hospital who had a stroke last week and to see her sitting up looking so well made me think it was a very good day...

I don't usually give Friday the 13th a second thought. It's just a day or it's an extraordinary day. Some people dread it, and moan all day long about it, and the more they moan, the more bad things happen. You attract what you imagine. I received an e mail this morning from my oldest daughter that said. WoooHooo. Friday the 13th. The only way it could be better would be if there was a full moon! And she meant it. ;)

i'm not superstitious. my belief is that what happens in our daily lives has a meaning and a purpose. it may be a reason for us to realize some things which will help us become a better person.

I always love Friday the 13th. It is my lucky day! My husband and I were married on Friday the 13th, and he always brings me flowers when this day rolls around. My sons first birthday was also on Friday the 13th. My wedding day was the luckiest day of my life. My husband and I didn't have a choice on the matter since my father was going to pass away, so we choose the first day our schedules would allow. We were married in the hospital because my father was in the ICU. IT was beautiful and perfect. Oh yeah and my dad was also born on the 13th as well.

I don't believe that there is anything bad about a Friday which falls on the 13th day of month. Infact, before I even read this, I had completely forgotten which day it was! I had a really good day today actually, was very relaxing! I think it is just an age-old superstition that people still hold on to for the sake of it. I think having too many superstitions can really hold people back in life, especially if they are taken too seriously.

My Friday the 13th came and went very peacefully, without any bad luck or bad thing happening to me or anyone I know. I think Friday the 13th gained more prominence and made people more fearful of that date after the Hollywood produced the show by the same name and in many parts. In fact, this Friday was just like any other Friday for me. After dinner time, I met up with a few very old school friends and had a nice social gathering over drinks in a club, and so the day ended on a very good note for me. By the way, I am not superstitious so all these things that border on superstitions do not have an effect on me.

I am not really superstitious but I am also curious about how was the Friday the 13th of other people. For me, nothing really bad happened. It was a good day. It was in fact, a great day! The day was fine and my usual daily activities went fine too. Nothing out of the blue really happened.

Jason Vorhees came back and I had to finish him off. He will definitly be back the next Friday the 13th. I would gladly forgive and forget if Jason just wanted to be friends but he does not want to talk. He just wants to slash things.

well nothing i could not eventually handle, see we had our phone shut off thurs June 12 because my son forgot to pay the bill so he would do it on the fifteenth when he got paid. then I totally forgot our phone was out of service when I ordered my groceries delivered yesterday Fri the 13th, you see we are a gated apt complex and to get in to deliver my groceries the delivery man has to phone me and I let him in via the nine button on my phone which opens the electronic gate but fifteen minute til delivery time it struck me you have no phone, so what I had to do was go out to the gate and wait and meet the delivery man when he came, and the time slot was from five oclock to six thirty oclock. lol so I positioned myself in my nightie and robe and slippers, I am home sick with shingles, by the front gate, as a wonder he came in just twenty five minutes so all was well and I got my groceries. Iwould have been up the ]crick otherwise as I was out of everything. lol lol and lol.

good day. as expected nothing "unlucky' happened. It's just a superstitious belief and we're actually scaring our wits to no end about this.
