Which is the best mobile phone with 5.0 mega pixels video camera

I am using a Nokia N71 mobile phone with 3.20 mega pixels video camera and intending to upgrade to a mobile phone with a 5.0 mega pixels video camera.
Any one has any suggestion which brand has the best 5.0 mega pixels video camera with sharp resolution.

My boyfriend has the Nokia N95, which I think has a 5.0 mega pixel camera and I have seen the quality of the photos and they are good. Better than the ones off my digital camera.

The camera function is just very nice and really can replace a digital camera.
Not only that, the specs are very good too.
