Payout at PPC site

I joined this PPC site about a week ago,i chose this because the payout is $4 and today my earning is $3.36, i'm sure if i click those ads available today as usual... i can reach $4 today. If this site really pay me then i will continue and find/try more PPC sites. But don't know why the ads which are supposed to be available by now still not in for me to click....
