Look into http://pearpc.sourceforge.net/. I haven't tried much research into it but from what I understand it can emulate macs on other architectures.

Yes it is true, but not legally. Sure, some people say that it is legal, but actually it isn't because you would not be installing Mac OS X on an authorized Apple computer. If you would like a PC with Mac OS X, the easiest way is to buy one that is already configured. Check out http://www.psystar.com./ If you would like to use your own computer, also check this out:http://www.efi-x.com/index.php?language=english. It is a usb dongle that you can can use for your computer. All you need to do is plug it in your computer and put the Mac OS X install disk in it! Too bad they are not being sold yet! They are in their final testings and it should in a few stores soon! If you would like to be courageous and install Mac OS X by yourself, check out http://www.osx86project.org/ There is a blog and even a forum dedicated to getting Mac OS X on your "Hackintosh"!
