Movie house or state of the art home theater?

I'd rather stay home. Why? First, you won't need to dress up. You can watch with your PJs and no one would ever give you that strange 'look' haha. Second, you'd eliminate the 'noisy' people who can't seem to sarcastically laugh and who keeps on passing in front of you just when the movie's getting better. Third, no more smelly feet on top of your seat! Fourth, no gum and you're sure everything is clean and disease-free. Fifth, you won't need to drive if the movie finished late and you're too tired to think. Sixth, you choose who you watch with. You can have a blast with your friends without other people shhhhing you. and so on... You can actually buy popcorn or cook it yourself. =) There's a lot of things I'd have with movie theater at home which could easily imitate a movie experience. But... The biggest problem would be HOW TO GET THE MONEY TO AFFORD ONE! So, might as well go to the movies, at least the cost wouldn't cost me a lifetime. =)

I would like going to the movies too. But i mostly watch movies at home. Yeah i agree that lining up for the tickets etc also builds up the anctipation. It is such an exciting feeling.

I enjoy going to the cinema. For a lot of films, I'd rather see them there. Plus, the times of day I usually go, it's pretty empty anyway.
