Should suspected witches be lynched?

Many women are being killed in Uganda amd Kenya lately for causing deadly spells through witchcraft. In Uganda, a woman was saved by the police when petrol was justabout to be poured on her-she was accused of causing a lightning to strike a neighbor-all people who have died mysteriously are blamed on her-witchcraft cannot be proven, yet i know it exists-but should suspected witches be killed, or lynched by mobs?
