I have my Avtar. My postings are mere 30+. So It is clear that rule you said is not applicable to Avtar. You can upload your Avtar.

I uploaded an avatar the first day I joined myLot. I didnt post anything, didnt join in any discussions, but I placed an avatar, I spent 2 hrs trying to find out how to place it. But its worth it, I dont like that green picture there and it feels so generic. Now, I feel unique and special. lol

yes you can save it but it does have my name at the bottom, but you can have it.

Naaaa...Upload it now! We'd like to see something other than the little goofy green guy.
I put mine on my first day. Then I changed to my picture. Then I changed to something else, then my picture again. And now what you see here. I'm still not sure I like it, but anything is better than the green guy. Lol.
