Walking an hour..

Today I got up at 5 am and walked to college but there was unfotunate strike ...So sadly returned to home and took a cup of coffe but can get relaxed because I was really upset about my missed class..
During that time walked almost an hour in cool morning but got so tired due to my back pain ..What do you say about daily morning walk?

yes me and my wife walk every morning and my son is in his stroller. we do this for exercise as long as it is not raining. we walk going to market and walk back as well. we drink something from 711 or any convinient store before we walk home. it is fun to walk when you are walking with someone walking alone can be boring and you get easily tired when you are alone walking
