I have stated in my letter clearly that i am willing to take jobs that do not involve upfront payments. Today i received a mail.. stating that i have been offered the job..but demands a one time payment of 11 US dollars.I have pasted the letter that i received so that my friends my get an idea whether it is a scam or not.
