Parent's love is unconditional and if need be a parent would do a desperate act in desperate times for their children. Considering a parent who did a robbery to save his sick child what appropriate punishment can be given? No doubt the parent will pay for the crime but how about the child?
Would the law allow the act of the parent and save the child? Would it imprisoned the parent and let the child die? On the other hand does the mean justify the end? Is the law truly black and white? Your views if your to judge?

I think that no law can clasify such action now and it won't get better in the future. Such cases should be judged individually and with grea caution. I can't think of any good type of punishment for such crime, but I'm sure that it should be diffrent. Cheers and happy myloting.

What is black and white? There are few pure whites and blacks. Most things blongs to the grey area.I sympathize deeply for the mother, but what she did can't escape from the law.The law is relentless.
If I were the judge,I would do my best to help the mother to give the mother a less serious punishment within the laws.I think our society should help the child.
