Zoo is best for them for learning point of view as well enjoyment point of veiw and they can see animals and birds in real which they have only seen in books Museum will be too much for them at this age and might not be intrested to see old pics, coins and things like that. On beach they can only play but i am sure they can have lake in zooo and can see fishes, crocodile and etc their So just get booking for ZOOOO

If I had a 3 and an 8 year old I would opt for the zoo or the beach. unless there is a child's museum. Kids that age generally find museums pretty boring. Our town has one specially for the kids with hands on and on going programs for the summer..

It all depends whether we are going alone or with our children. NOrmally if my daughers are along we would go to places where they love too and Zoo is what they love to go to. I personally like to take them to museums where they learn something new about the history and the important events of the world. They have visited doll museums, war museums and artillery museums in palaces of kings.

Beaches are always fun as long as the weather is good so that's always an option - especially if your kids are confident/comfortable with water & you're ok to sit out in the sun all day watching them! I like Museums but probably wouldn't go with that option as it might not be worth it with your younger one, i's be more inclined to go with that option when they're a little bit older - they'll understand better. So, i guess the zoo would be my choice! All kids love animals, no matter the age! The prices might be a little dear but if that's not a problem then i'd go with that. We were planning a zoo trip for my daughter's 2nd birthday but it had to be postponed due to bad weather (it's winter here) but we'll do it in the spring time. Oh & kids can still learn a lot of things at the zoo so yeah, i'd go with that one - unless you already have a preference!

Hi there Nupats! I would definitely go for the zoo. Most of the kids those age are curious and are interested in knowing more about animals and it would be perfect to go there and spend quality time together rolled with education and bonding too.

My husband and I took our son to this lovely zoo which was more like a wildlife sanctuary. Lots of greenery and the animals were sort of kept in their simulated natural surroundings. Our son loved it so much that at least once a fortnight we used to visit the zoo. It became such a joke that whenever any of our friends would inquire about us fro other friends they would reply, "oh they must be in the zoo"! A beach can also be fun and our son loves the beach. Actually, the place doesn't really matter when everyone's together and having fun. A museum may be visited some other time(it can be quite interesting too) but perhaps not for a picnic. Let's know what you did finally. Have fun!

Hi Nupats. My son was reading this and his instant answer was the musuem. Why, I asked him. "Because, there are T-Rexes there!" Whatever that means! Well, children have their own fancies. Each one to his/her own.

I would think that unless the museum you are planning to go to is quite hands-on and interatcive the zoo or beach would be more fun for them. When I was younger my parents used to take me to museums and I hated it unless I could get involved. If you still want it to be quite educational I would say the zoo because they can learn all about the animals and still have lots of fun :)

I would say zoo. Seeing all the animals is great and you can make it educational. Museums can be boring at that age, unless it is a science museum with a lot of hands on stuff. The beach is fun, but not as much to learn there. My daughter is twelve and still loves going to the zoo. As a matter of fact I am planning a trip there next month. We always have a blast. Make sure you remember the sunblock if you go to the beach or the zoo...lol.

We just went to the zoo! We had a blast! My children are 15 and 2. My two year old had so much fun. I had lots of fun watching her reactions to the animals. I think the zoo is fun for kids of any age.
