Do you believe in destiny??

If you are going to ask me this kind of question, my answer is NO!! I don't believe in destiny... Because for me the meaning of destiny is something that you cannot change... It is already permanent... My philosophy in life is that people are the one who is making his/her density and that is called life...
If something had happen whether it is good or bad, it is not because it is destined to happen but it is because this is the outcome of what have you did... A person is the one who is deciding for his/her life... He/she knows everything that he/she want in his/her life... No one can demand someone to do this or to do that because all of us has its own mind to think for our own self...
According to the church,when we are still in our mothers womb, God had already plan for us... Everything that will happen to us it is God's plan... We cannot change it no matter we want too... All the decision we made, all the good and bad things that we had experience it is in the God's plan... Do you believe in that??
For me, its nonsense... If everything that happen in this world is the will of God then it only means that we are just a puppet of God... If a person feel pains, if the person died because of illness or calamities, if the person grew up as a bad person, is it the will of God?? If your answer is Yes, Then I can conclude that God is NOT A KIND GOD...
Some people do not believe in God... Now I understand what is their reasons... I don't want to lose my faith in God(actually, somehow its started to lose it)... I want to see God as a loving father, as a good brother, an obedient son, and an honest friend... But if I will believe myself about the word "DESTINY", maybe I will lose my faith in him...
How about you?? Do you believe in destiny??

pretty hard question ei. i think no too, since I believe that God wouldn't let people die or suffer to much.
but sometimes, I cant stop myself thinking about other people's beliefs, always telling "It is God's will" if somethings good or bad happened to people.
We may have our own destiny, maybe God gives us two ways to follow. God just gives us hints/clues which one is the right path for you. Now if we suffer from the path we have chosen, it is because that is what we have chosen.

I do believe in destiny but not in the sense like what you have explained. For me destiny is something planned by God but does not mean that it will happen no matter what. We are still given our own choices and we are the one's who make our own destiny. So once we experience something bad or good it was due to our actions and not because of that is really meant to happen. We should not always blame the things that happen to God because of that so called destiny cause god does not want something bad to happen to us. He is guiding us to the right path but still some may not be able to feel his guidance and that made them go to the wrong path.

Well, for me, it depends on which way a person is looking at this. Because yes, I believe in Destiny as the way we choose it to live, but Yes, also as to Gods will. So if you are having a hard time in your life financially, and you go out there and find yourself a better home, and job etc. this is your destiny that you have chosen for yourself. You can also pray and ask God to help guide you to decide if this is the move you need to make in your life as well.
As for getting sick, etc. a lot of things happen for a reason I feel even if we do not want them too. Maybe we did not always ask for Cancer, etc. and sometimes there are things we can do, and Prayer to help when these things happen. But at the same time, there are people out there that do things that are not necessarily good for their health and life, and end up dying as a result of their choices as well. So I guess for me, it would all be as to how a person chooses what to do with their life and how they live it, or want to live it from there.
Just my thoughts.

There are things in life that you cant hold on forever no matter how much you fight for it!!! Sometimes destiny isnt always good, it become playful. When you meet someone you learn to love, you think that it's DESTINY who made your path cross but what if making your path cross is just part of the game DESTINY plays? Making you realize in the end that the person you thought that was destined for you wasn't really meant to stay but only destined to make you feel loved and then leave you when you'he already fallen.

dear brother for me destiny has a lot of meaning i know that in the destiny our goals are fixed but i only want to say that without ur destiny u can't achieve ur goals in ur life for me i have to say that destiny has place a importance in life think after +2 if u don't have any destiny than what u will do answers.......................................................................................................................................................i think that there will be no answer

want to share to you my motto in life..."You yourself makes yur own destiny,God is only guiding you"...partly I believe in destiny coz we're the one searching and making it.I do also believe that each of us have our own destiny and it's just the matter of finding it,making it and be with it.When we speak of destiny it is the same as our future.We definitely cannot change it if we don't do anything to change it and never try our best to fulfill what we really want to.
