mine gmail a/c is not working in window 2000

Im facing peculier problem which im not able to get solve.I have window 2000 as well as Win XP operating system in mine computer.In winXP, i can get the mailbox of gmail.com but for fewdays im not able to access gmail a/c in window 2000. im unable to understand the problem as ive tried by reloaded the whole system but still problem is there. i already scan the whole system. i think its might be some setting problem which im not able to get. if anyone knows then plz hlp in this regard. thanks in advance,Swatig
