That depends on if you know they are just doing it to try to earn their few cents. If you think it might just be that they did not understand the question and answered it based on what they thought you meant then no i would not turn them in. Maybe you could look over their profile page and see if they are answering everyone the way they answered you (if you feel it was just for the few cents)If they are posting rubbish on everyones answers it might be best to turn them in.
