The most important and influencal point leading to our failure is EGO. if u have an ego be prepared for the consequences as u r already on the road leading to ur failure. one is not able to think beyond his own self, the good and positive work of others are being overlooked because u have limited urself just to u. Ego is the alternate to negativity. When u get up in the morning and look at the mirror the thought that should come to ur mind is 'what is to be done today?' but when in ego u think 'who is to be done with today?'. Hence u get out to take it out on someone thus neglecting ur own performance and output. It is sometimes ok to have an ego when someone tries to show u down beyond limit. But ego always is certain to make u fell down to spot beyond scope to recover and come up b'cse EGO - Makes U Blind.
