What do you like about your weekly newspaper?

I like to read the lifestyle section or parenting articles. I skip general local news as it is usually sad or depressing. If there are any articles on politics, then I might read those to get caught up. Other than that, I love to read the cooking and recipes sections. Sometimes our local neighborhood newspaper has a section just for that. And that is always fun. I get lots of ideas for dinner from that paper. There's a really fun Mommy Magazine that is really a newspaper and they feature stories about local parks and fun kid activities and parenting issues and such. I ususally buy the local paper tht comes out once a week and read all the local news,I but the Sunday edition of the Washingotn Post so I can read national news and get the sunday parade. I love the parade section of the paper and read the Wash post magazine section, I also love the travel,food and entertainment sections.

My weekly paper has decent local sports coverage and classifieds. I do read the obits sometimes, but I am usually afraid I will see my name in there!

I rarely get a newspaper. I will sometimes pick up a paper while I am out shopping. Since I live in a rural area the paper local paper comes out once a week. It does not take long to read it from cover to cover. That is what I normally do.

Certain news topics catch my attention. After that our local paper has a Bargain Box section. I like looking there. I am currently in the market for some kitchen chairs. Hoping to find a deal. I also view the real estate section. It is interestingto watch what housing market is doing.

I do read the main news...but i enjoy the celebrity gossip Page3..i also like to read the crtoon strips...i never go in for online news..i like reading the newspaper everyday in the morning with a cup of tea..have a nice day..
