I will be amazed the day that I actually find a woman who is content with her weight. I know a girl that is 6 feet tall and weighs 140 lbs. She thinks she's fat, but she looks like a breeze would knock her over and shatter her!

I wish I could be happy where I am at weight wise- but I am a victom of the media damit- I need to throw out my TV set, I know this will help in the long run! The media is such an evil consumer woman not good enough medium. I'm sick of it! Marylin Monroe- beautiful at size 14 where are the Monroes now????? -spy

Honestly I use to focus on my weight, but as I got older and was able to maintain my weight....I am happy with it. If I lose some more great, if I don't I will survive....when I stopped focusing on the numbers and started thinking about my heart health, etc. I noticed it was not so hard to maintain the weight i lost. ANd I can admit my weight, unlike before. I am not fat, I am not skinny....I am 100% curvy...and well proportioned...and I do not look my weight....weighing in at 163 lbs.....and I am a bit on the short side but like I said I am well proportioned.... This is how I look at it....I own the number the number does not own me...I view my age the same way. Have a great day.

Don't think for a minute I don't have days where I am like ugh....but for the majority of the time I look at it this way....you only get one body in this lifetime and you might as well love it and take care of it....and accept everything it has to offer and work on the rest. Have a great day.

I'm definitely not! I was very thin before I had children, ever since having children I have had a weight issue, and it only keeps getting worse. Even though I eat less and eat better then I did for years I just can't seem to lose weight, I still keep gaining. I think a lot of women are unhappy with their weight, women will always find some sort of flaws with themselves. Back when I was thinner I really didn't care about my weight, back then I could eat whatever I wanted and it didn't really affect me. But I was young then, I'm pretty sure even if I had never become overweight as I got older I would have found faults in my weight anyway.

There are women that are happy with their weight. One of my friends once thought about dieting and I asked her why and she said because everyone else was and I asked her how she would benefit from it and she said she doesn't know and she would be upset if he lost her boob weight, so she is now happy with her weight and body. So yes some woman are.

I don't think any woman is satisfied with their weight. There is always that 5 lbs or so that you want to lose. I think it's society and it's image of what it is a perfect body should be for women. You don't see men saying oh, if only I could lose 5 lbs. They seem quite content with their weight, no matter what. Me, I'm presently on a diet to lose 5 lbs. Body image, you know. ;)

I don't. I used to be around 115 lbs. I was up 155 lbs. Now that my weight is around 145 lbs I'm better but I would like to loose. I am too concern by my weight. I can't really feel good being "overweight". i really don't know why. I would like to be confortable with my body at any weigth.
