Has anyone here ever posted items for sale on Craigslist? I do sometimes and I find it very annoying to get those creepy emails that are scams. They are from people who generally state they are from another country and they wish to pay you exhorbitant amounts of money over your asking price as long as you send them some of the cash back? I find it very odd. Why would someone actually believe I'd go for them sending me $5000 for a cell phone I'm selling fo 50 bucks. Anyone else have any similiar experiences with Craigslist? Anyone ever take the offer only to get scammed? Don't get me wrong. I love Craigslist and have had great luck with selling items and buying items from it but I just hate how the scammers ruin a good thing!

I never fall for those scams as they are so easy to see and so bizarre I cannot see how anyone could be taken in by them. do be careful on craigslist as some things on it are not even legal and they do not seem to care much.
