Colored Start rating..

hey guys, to all and especially to all seniors here. I knew already the star rating and that's our reputations here.. but i wonder why we have different colored stars.. Me i have a yellow star with number 8 rating...

oh no my yellow star turn into red just like yours.. why this happen did i did wrong.. how can i increased my reputation and back to yellow..
