Flowers on head

In my country,ladies, whether married or not, keep a bunch (at least a small bunch) of flowers at the back of their hair, which will be very nice to look at. The flowers used are jasmine, sunflower (two or three) etc. How about you? Have you watched this? What is the practice in your country?

yes in my country it also happen
but its rare not too much common

When I was younger, many young women wore flowers in their hair. Now, only children do so, and usually only for special days like Easter. A bright might decide to wear flowers in her hair for the wedding, but even that is not common.

People don't wear a lot of flowers in their hair here in North America. I imagine it would be a beautiful site to see, in India where you are. It's amazing to read about the different cultural practices from around the world.
