what is the best system of government?

im curious about what system of government would be the best for the society.. for me, i think the best system of government should be suited and admissible to the needs of the people and suited to his culture. ...

A good society doesn't depend on the type of government or cultures they have. It depends on the person who are positioned in the government.

in my opinion, all kinds of government has a good point on hwy they are such, but its the people who has the problem.. so, what's the point of appointing or electing someone to take the seat but far worse will be happen.. if its not the official who is corrupt, its the mob whose abusive.. don't blame me, thats the system i've known..
