Pain killers can really kill Ulcer??

Hi kissie, i think you should consult a doc. i have suffred from this but its been cured, yes sometime i have problem. but i take care of that. my life style has help me a lot.. food on time, not spicy, use only green chillies not the red one or red chill powder. not much junk food. if you are not ready to visit a dr. but please dont take any pain killers, do one thing dont eat any thing spicy or oily and drink 1 cocnut water daily. food on time, no to gastric product. this will help you to recover you ulcer.
