which is the best laptop on offer now

i use an IBM thinkpad since a few years, i am comfortable working with it, as my job involves lot of browsing on the net, scannign through pdf files and preparing repots what could be the best buy for me now

Well im still curretly using a IBM Z60t and that's great but if you want something new i'd suggest a dell buisness class laptop that hopefully runs on xp... but that all bout i got.
