Is it legal to use blogmad to create some traffic to my site

Hi, i am a new blogger. i am using blogmad to bring some traffic to my site. I want to know that it is legal for adsense? anybody can help me please? I am really very confused about that...because i can see some members on that site who are using adsense for several years. but i have seen a warning in a blog to avoid using traffic exchange site...please hhhhhhhhhhelp me!
