should an employee be interested in employers extra marital affairs

Hello knightrider In my opinion Office or any work place is to be treated as worship place. We are going to office only to work for the benefit of the industry as well as for the sake of the country's development, where all such silly matters should not be dragged. If he is having any such extra marital affairs it is purely his personal things employees have no business unless until it is badly affected the working atmosphere as well as reputation of the company. i think no. in cas of professional life, its not right to mingle so much into personal life of colleagues. it can land one into many problems.

I know how such things can bother u in work place but keep it professionaly.IGNORE it and pretend as if you dont know anythng.Dont let his personal love affair come in between you and your work.
