The medicine bottle itself should have that, but to be safe your dosages should be spread out over a day instead of clustered in one sitting. I've also noticed tylenol has reduced the amount of medicine in extra strength which would account for the 2 pill dosage and a larger pill limit(8) in a 24 hour timeframe. Combining two or more types of tylenol you'd have to account for total acetaminophen. The only other thing I would say is look into Aleve for an alternative. It may not be viable due to your medications, but you could look into it either way (just like Excedrin). You'll also have a smaller dose window 2 or 3 per day is the limit. I'd also consider the natural side of this equation. Adjust the diet slightly (low calorie and low cholesterol items at least a few times in a week) might help.

I only take 1 tab of Tylenol when I have a headache.Taking atleast 2 tabs is okay like 350 or 500 mg each. Taking more than 3 tab a day can be dangerous and can damage liver.It's good to ask for doctors advice before taking such medication. Taking medicine depends on the body weight of a person, you have to be aware of the side effects too. Like itchiness or dry mouth and even dizziness.
