Do you hate it when someone else changes your monitor settings?

If you ever share a computer or if you have a computer either at work or at home that is yours but someone else occasionally go on, does it really annoy you when they change your monitor settings (especially witout asking!)? It does me. I came on my computer the other day, thinking i was going slightly insane because my monitor was definately a lot brighter than normal (i turn the contrast & brightness down becuase i don't like it) and i knew i hadn't done it. Turns out my partner had done it wihtout asking or telling me when he'd been on my computer earlier that day. Maybe it just really annoys me becuase i have it on a specific setting? What about you?

Oh yes I hate it, my son is 16 and his friends will come over and change screen to their liking,for there games, and when they turn off computer they turn off monitor too.
So what my 21 inch flat screen monitor can handle a few thousand pixels, I set up so I can see. I can't see so small of print at higher settings.

yes man it is very irritating when some one changes my monitor setting because it is not easy to get them back and so i make it a point that no body changes the setting, i have attached a plated and taped it on my monitor so that no one can change it.

I don't tend to mind as my toddler used to play around with those buttons on the PC monitor for a while before she found some sites she could go to regularly on the PC:)
I soon worked out quickly how to get the settings back to their original state as the first few times was wondering what the heck was going on with the screen..
