Hi... I know how to speak English but not fluently and I also know some Spanish words and I can speak with some simple sentences.. But of course, I want to learn more in speaking Spanish language..

you gotta watch alot of english tv shows...and when you encounter words that you dont know,..grab a dictionary and look it up... imitate how they pronounce each words that way you can be understood.
