hi to all, Yesterday night Ces Drilon had been released by the kidnappers and i want to ask what is your insight on this Is there any ransom involved on her released and to her companions? Take note that the kidnappers gave an ultimate time yesterday that if they won't give the money they asked they cut her head and to other people been kidnapped.

Well, Obviously the Macapagal Administration and the ABSCBN are doing something for this problem. We don't know what is the real score on that but the thing is, we should be glad that they were safe. I could not imagine how ridiculous it is for the kidnappers to make money even to the public servants who are risking their lives to serve the public? why will they not do that to some other corrupt officials who had done nothing to help the people? Oh!! how terrible it is...

yeah. i guess newscaster will be a leave for a while and make the it cold first to go back to mindanao for this kind of mission. this kidnappers are supposedly the "New Peoples Army" but they made the people scared and victims for there own vested interests.

I can't resist to comment on your last suggestion. Although out of desperation I want to see that happen too, people won't buy it because it would just be interpreted as a political gimmick and the kidnappers intelligently know this things too.

I am just relieved seeing them alive. I really doubt if there's no ransom paid for their release. I am hoping there's none but I doubt. I sense there was a backdoor negotiations made as the release was very smooth and there as no fighting whatsoever. But then I am glad their back again.

Hi Jersey, Its a good thing Ces Drilon safely make it out along with other kidnapped victims. I couldn't imagine what their families has gone through. IMHO money is involved with their released. Will somebody care to think otherwise? No matter how well they deliver their official statement for sure they wouldn't even touch it to confirm or deny it. It's a lot easier to think everybody is happy at this point.

hi jersey. definitely, money changed hands but the government will deny this. good thing that ces drilon and the others are safe. just goes to show, the government should have taken out these rebels when they had a chance. anyway, i don't believe a single word of what razon is saying. he should know how this "kidnapping" works, he did made a couple of witnesses against the fake govenrment disappear a number of times already.

I am glad to hear that, although i missed the news last night. i heard that there is a no ransom policy for the government and the broadcast network. there probably no ransom given, and if there was, it's a shame for the government. i think the government should make the law against kidnapping more strict and should be given attention...
