I know every body loves the country, where he is born. But still I would love to hear the both positive and negative aspects of the countries. It will help me decide the place where I would love to settle down in future.

I'm from the US and of course, we all know a negative about it. The biggest negative is Bush. I'm ashamed to live in this country because of him. But of course the US does have certain freedoms and chances to do things that several other countries don't allow. So I guess it could be worse.

Thanks for your view. You are right. US is quite liberal and free. It has variety and diversity. I am sure you have a great time living there. About Bush...haa..haaa..everybody knows :)

Hello rup! I'm from Singapore, there are loads of pros and cons living here. It's quite safe here as in politically (stable government policies, too stable perhaps) and environmentally (no major natural disasters). It's a "Fine" country, some might have heard about it lol. Hmmm, it's a small island country very much developed, not much of natural landscapes as all you will see are highrise buildings. And yes, high living costs! Hope it helps Good luck! Hope you will be able to find your ideal place to settle down =D
