many of us are suffering with health problems. some kind. obesity, lethargy,lack of energy, poor output . most of these things are due to our own fault. not that we are not eating adequately, or not eating healthy food, but at times not the balanced food. and perhaps not utilising our energy properly. i feel we are not even energising our body. our body needs a minimum level of activity each day. like ignition temperature. it is a must. to obtain this i suggest that we need to include a regular exercise in our daily routine. a brisk walk in the nearby park is enough , daily at a fixed interval of time.any time of the day. just try this and see the change in your outlook, your attitude and your performance in all activities will improve.

Hi Kushank55, Very valuable information and also easy for all. I know walking is always good for us. I walk every day for about 20 minutes from bus station to my office in the morning and back 20 minutes in the evening and I walk quiet fast. On weekends I go for about an hour walking but not very fast...I am old now...... I just wanted to know when you said brisk walk , how fast you mean and also how many times during a day.....I am always interesting in walking because walking seems to be the only exercise that I can do and enjoy.

Hi kushank55, Thank you very much for the best response. Yes you are right....sweating is the proof of your efforts...but I don't know if I will ever be able to do that.... And about apsara16....... it is not your fault... apsara naam ko 16 hi suit hota hai 60 nahi.......

hi apsara60. i typed apsara16 first.well a fixed routine daily walk of 20 minutes to and fro daily is no doubt enough. but sorry to say that may not be counted as exercise. because you may not be in your most convenient outfit / shoes etc.any that is a walk and for brisk walking you need to be .. fast enough.must overtake a few without straining yourself.gradually increase your speed. you must sweat it out.half an hour once a day will definitely lift your mood and moke you feel sw..t 16 again.

I think excerise is of importance to our bodies. We sometimes foret to put that in our shedules and leave it for when we have spare time but it should be first and foremost

well it will be nice to be regular with our walk .like meals at a given time daily. then there will not be a risk of missing out on it. what do you say mizcash can we start from today..i mean tomorrow? happy walking...

Yes a nice little walk can do wonders, even just in making you feel good by getting the fresh air, it also gives you time to think and clear the mind as well...

Kushank thanks for the tips. i have found that i am not performing any activity and thats why i feel energy less, i feel tried even after walking for few min. i think i should do something atleast clean my house. enjoy :)

hi dear thank u for this advice i fully agree with u walking/ exercising does rejuvinate us..and i just started playing badminton at my club again ..i go for walks..but i just love to play it makes me sweat and also a very good time pass..my son also keeps playing around in the club so it suits me fine..have a nice day..

better still take another friend or somebody . two is always a company. it will keep the spirits high and bring more regularity.
