I have both regular thin ones and cloth that I wear during my period and the days leading up to it. Now the I'm getting a bit older and getting ready to run that million degree marathon sooner rather than later, my periods are changing and I have spot drops (that is what I call them) for several days before I actually start. Drives me nuts, not to mention hubby. I'm going to make myself some more cloth pads so I can get rid of the disposable ones cause they get a smell that drives me batty. I know I'm clean but man............

I'm starting to have premenopausal symptoms now so I know it is coming. I'm not too worried about it yet cause the hot flashes haven't started, if anything over the last few years my husband has been running hotter than normal and I'm freezing half the time, before that we were totally opposite with me being the hot one. We have a good laugh over it from time to time.

I use them everyday, have to change it twice. Otherwise my underwear would have yellowish stains and it's hard to wash those off. :(

i only use pantyliners if i'm expecting my period and after my period. i keep track of my period so i know when it is supposed to come and i can be ready. i hate having stains on my panties. i wear a pantyliner every 28th days after my first day of period. i will wear one until my period comes. and then, after my period, i will wear pantyliners until there's no speck of blood on it.

yes i do use them when i go out..it is refreshing and you feel cleaner..but panty liners do not last long so you need to change it..i frequently use when i am already expecting my monthly period and also after my period.

Yes I do use it specially if I had a whole day duty or review. It just that I am comfortable when I have one. I change it every 5 hours but when at home I'm not using it anymore.
