Do you always carry an umbrella while going out?

it's raining cats & dogs here in manila now, so we have to bring our umbrella lol if not we're be like gremlins hahaha.. i just bring umbrella when it's rainy season, but when it's summer time, i rarely bring my umbrella

well i'm not a believer of umbrella. guess that's got to do with me living in a metropolitan. shelter every other step wherever i go. underpasses that links buildings together. in fact, i can get to my workplace without getting a drop of rain on me from home. so i don't have the habit of carrying umbrella. cheers.

i always bring umbrella in my bag cause the weather in my country unpredictable due to warming global issue. its oftenly got rains while it was in sunny day so i think there is nothing wrong to always bring umbrella in my bag

No not really since I find umbrellas pretty annoying and just dont like carrying them unless if im out in the rain for a very long time then I would bring an unbrella if not ill just where my hat and walk very fast to get indorrs since I dont mind the rain for a few seconds it dosnt really bother me that much.

Blah..blah.. i don't carry it for two reasons.. Mainly i never walk.. expect the times my parents compel me to go for a walk..( as the doctor advised me to go for walk regularly to have a control on BP) and i always go in Bike.. Secondly.. when in compelling situations if i go out, in hot sun or so.. even then i don't take umbrella, because i used to forget it, and leave it in the place where i visited.. P.S : I prefer, hot sun or rain.. than getting scolding from my parents for losing the umbrella.

hi subha12:) i dont have the habit of carrying umbrella while going out :)it is so rare:)but i prefer carrying umbrella while it rains so heavy :)if its too hot i wont wear umbrella....i will wear caps instead of umbrellas :) and i agree with u friend....many oldies take umbrellas while going out...me too have seen many carrying umbrellas....:)i think youths wont take use umbrallas that much happy mylotting

Hi subba, when going to shopping mall I won’t carry an umbrella as I would usually park my car in the indoor car park so I don’t have to worry whether it’s rainy or scorching outside. I bring alone with me the umbrella only when going to the nearby market during rainy day.

Umbrellas, I have so many and you know what I usually go out when it is rainning with out one. It is in the truck, does me a lot of good when I need to get to the truck and the umbrella is in the truck. Have you noticed that the new handbags that they are selling now adays most all have a umbrella in the bottom of them. I guess if they make the bag big enough for an umbrella they think you will always have one handly when you need it, good idea I think. I don't carry a umbrella usually and just because it sunny don't mean it will be in an hour. I do see others that have an umbrella when you see them shopping or walking, I guess they are smarter than the rest of us that get caught without one.

In the past, i dun bring an umbrella out with me, but i dun carry a bag and it's quite inconvenient for me too.. Untill there was a period of time whereby it keeps raining, and at most will just wear a jacket.. hehe Til one day, i got a bag as a gift, and so i started to use the bag, and it's quite big, so i just chuck everything inside, mostly for raining purposes, items such as umbrella, jacket as well as cap.. lol =D ANd since then, regardles of the weather, all these things will be in my bag at all times ^_^

oh,I often do it like that. No matter what the weather looks like I always take an umbrella with me.

I don't like carrying umbrella unless it's raining outside...That's why most of the time, i get wet if suddenly rain fall and i don't have my umbrella... happy mylotters!

Nope,... because I dont have one... I use Jerkin or Jacket during raining season. I am staying alone away from my family because of my office. So I dont have all those things yet with me... Leading a pure bachelor life as of now...

hi buddy.. i never wished to carry something when i am traveling outside.. the thing is that i have noticed that most of the boys wont be free when they are given something in their hands and told to carry.. i am no way opposing them and i never wicshed to carry anything in my hand. especialy carrying umbrella gives you an elder look.. happy mylotting

Its funny that you started this topic. I never have an umbrella when I need it. I live in Florida so rain is so unpredictable!!! If it is raining already I will grab my umbrella if I can find it. But most of the time I get stuck out in the rain with nothing. My grandma on the other hand ALWAYS has an umbrella. EVERY time I get rained on I always swear I am going to put an umbrella in my truck so that it never happens to me again, but somehow I always forget. LOL

hi subha! like you, i only carry an umbrella when its raining or when it is sunny outside. during the summer, whenever i go out, i always carry an umbrella. and i use a dark color umbrella to ward off the UV rays coming from the sun. the light-colored umbrella doesn't do that. sometimes, if its gloomy and cloudy outside, i would still bring an umbrella. i don't know if it would rain or not so its better to carry one. i use an umbrella that can be folded, its convenient because it fits inside my bag and i don't have to carry it with my hand.

Hello dear subha. When it seems to be a rainy day, I would like to take an umbrella with me and also when I go on business, I have my umbrella with me in case it rains. I always place it in my shoulder bag.

hello there friend! long time no hear.... lol well i didnt bring umbrella wether its raining or its hot... i am too lazy to cary it... and besides i used to lost things... so id rather left it in the house before i lost it... lol

I always do. I always have an umbrella in my clutch bag. Well, it is not my umbrella really. My girlfriend gave it to me. She said I should always bring it for her so she won't worry that I might get wet when it rains. And when I get wet, I easily get sick. That is what she is trying to prevent. You cannot know what exactly would be the weather nowadays because of the climate change. It could rain even in summer. So I also like the idea of bringing umbrella all the time. It's better be safe than sorry.
