I have heard this to but I believe that it is only if you are downloading music and not paying for it you are getting it from another source. There are many sights out there that you can pay next to nothing to download your music however my view on dowloading genrally is, how can places get away with it like they are if it is that much of an offence in the eyes of the law, so I cant see how they can stop people and charge people of any offence because lets face it the criminal justice system would be a very busy place if they were going to take it that seriously.

I have not heard of them and I guess it was a matter of time before people started sorting the issue out however I am still not sure that they will be able to sort the bigger picture out as they have a whole world of music lovers who will always go for the free option as apposed to the one that costs. This only applies to using things like limewire and torrents, but if you download it and pay as well then tht is ok, as it has some copyright on it.

I honestly have no idea if its illegal or not even tho it probably is. I almost always use it and next to never actuly pay for my music. One of the main things i dont like about it is that when you download music you dont get the album artwork. This bothers me because i am thinking about getting a touch and i dont want to see just a blank square in coverflow.
