If somebody will add me, are they only be the one who will earn from me or am i also going to earn from them? or vice versa?

No body is going earn from each other. You will earn through discussions with each other.

I think that you are talking about joining people as your referrals. If that is the case and you are makining some body to join in the 'mylot.com', you will gain. They wouldn't gain. If they want to gain, they should join some body.
