I am sitting her watching CNN and this topic came accross that a woman is suing Victoria Secrets about a thong that injured her. I am just like WHAT. She was trying on a thong that had a sequence that came off and hit her in the eye. What in the world will they come up with next?

Why would anyone try on underwear at a store! Very nasty thing to do.The thong must have been too small for the woman. This case should not even make it to court.People like to sue over the dumbest things. It better be another Britney sighting soon.CNN is having a very slow news day for this story to even make it on.

Yeah Britney is cooling off some since her daddy took over her life. It just makes you wonder why all these young stars can go so wrong.

I am going to stick to my granny panties. They are also talking about this guy that robbed lemonade stand of $17.50. The little girl ran after him and when he went into his house she called the police and they arrested him. I dont think he will be doing that again. lolololol

Oh for the love of all things good, what next! First of all, I didn't think that one was allowed to try on panties? Seems that trying on panties should be against health department standards. I know that I wouldn't want a pair of panties that someone else has tried on. As for the lady suing due to damage, that is crazy. Victoria's Secret can't help that something popped off the panties. Perhaps they were way to small and she was forcing them on?! The manufacturer, if anyone, is who she should sue. So if she wins this I suppose that there will cease to be panties with anything attached to them for fear of law suits.

hahahahahaha. I am still laughing about this one. It is so stupid. Yes I agree about sueing the manufacturer. They should have made sure they were secured properly. But as for trying them on period eeewwwww. It makes you wonder how many people have bought some with them already been used. I kinda makes me want to puke just thinking about it. Like I said I would not be able to wear such a thing. It would be screaming 'HELP ME I DISSAPEARING'.lololol. Well hopefully Victoria Secrets will change their policy about trying on such a personal garment.

If CNN (and the other news agencies) would spend even the smallest amount of time reporting on some of the good stuff that happens to people (instead of sequins), maybe people would feel less desparing. The little girl who was able to get her robber arrested is a bad news/good news kind of story. But the sequin suit story seems just ... frivolous.

I wish they would tell news about the real stuff like a car accident or someone robbing a bank. But no they have to go to this point of THE THONG GONE WRONG thing. I am glad the little girl got her money back but she put herself in danger. He could have been a real bad creep and done some harm to her.

I guess it supposedly damaged her eye. But I aggree with all the others too ewwwwwwww. That is something you should never do is try on underwear. You should first make sure it is your size and only try them on at home and not be able to ever bring them back. The sequince was on the front with little bows. I wonder what their policy is for trying on underpanties. I would not be able to fit in any of it anyways, and if I tried to put them on they would be lost for good. I would have to send in someone to find them hahahahahahahahaha. Well we will have to wait and see what happens. Hopefully it wont go too far.
