Well do you?? be honest with yourself. Some people can talk on their cell and drive all at once without being distracted. I've done it a couple of time and almost drove off the road once. I ended the call immediately after. This morning i was driving behind an SUV the traffic light was on red then it turned green, But the vehicle in front of me did not move an inch. I started blowing my horn endlessly and so were the other drivers behind me. I then got out my car and walked up to the drivers window, only to realize he was busy auguring on his cell phone! Could you believe thatI was late for work and this guy was just there blocking my way, carrying on on his cell like if he owned the road, in the middle of the free way! (1)So are you guilty of this sin? (2)Have you ever been in such a situation like this before?(3) Or do you pull at the side of the road to talk on your cell? (4) Can you still focus when driving and talking at the same time? (5) or do you get distracted easily? What are your opinions on this matter?

Yes my situation was very annoying. Well at least in your country people pay a fine, but that is not done in my country.

I don't drive so I don't have to worry about this and I seldom use my cell phone but if I did drive I know I would not do it. There is actually a law in the city I live in banning the use of cell phones while driving and I think it's one of the best things they ever did.

Well that's great that they have a law such as that where you live. But in my country they have a lot of adds telling you what can happen if you drive and talk such as an accident but people still talk and drive anyway. that would be a nice law if they passed it here where i live. But i can bet you that people will come up with a thousand reasons for why they shouldn't pass such a law.

I do at times talk on my cell. phone while I'm driving but I do use bluetooth for that... Although it's not fool proof, it does make a difference... When I need to send an email or text message or just check something on cell. phone's internet, I do pull off to the side of the road... As far as other people goes, I've seen people going from one lane to another without even paying atention to the roads... Doing this in a local streets is bad enough, this was in highway at a higher speed...
