Why Is Pirates Of Carribean 1 and 2 Not Filmed On Disney except for the1 time?

They filmed Pirates Of Carribean 1 and 2 only 1 time on Disney.Why is that? Its such a good movie.I don't think its that violence.What about The Chornicle's Of Narnia?Pirates Of Carribean is a Walt Disney movie actually.
