playing sudoku - prevent alzhemirs

its widely known that the more your execricese your brain cells, it works better and prevents occurance alzhemirs, du u all thionk so

I seriously don't know but I know that sudoku is a good exercise for your brain. I enjoy playing sudoku and even get addicted to it sometimes.

I agree with you that playing sudoku helps people prevent the quick existence of alzheimers. As we grow old, alzheimer will hit us but by constantly exercising our brain, we are able to slow down the worsening of being old aged. If yo do not know how to play sudoku or its too frustrating, you can start with crossword pussles then advanced once in a while to a higher level of crossword puzzles. It is a great exercise. Don't keep your brain stagnant, or else, you'll be nil. LOL Take care =)
