what did you think about al gore speaking out on the behalf of obama? i've been hearing a lot of speculation that al gore may be considered as a vp pick. i find that highly unlikely. why on earth would he want to be a vice president again? i think that he's done enough in office. what do you think? who do you think are likely candidates for vp on the obama ticket?

I am not surprised. He is probably still bitter against Bush. Aside from that, they are both upperclass Democrats. He would never support a Republican. He loves all the attention of being on the stage waving at the masses with Obama. Do I think he wants to be vice president? No, too much responsibility. He would just be happy to be a consultant to Obama. I do not know who Obama will choose for a vice president. However, I do think he would have a better chance of winning with Al Gore on the ticket. He will not pick Hillary. He would have a better chance picking her, too. They are both very popular--Al Gore and Hillary Clinton. I do not think he will pick a woman. It will be man, but I am not sure which one.

Of course Gore will back Obama because they are both members of the upper crust in the democratic party. The vice president is only one step away from the office of president, and I think Al Gore would jump at the chance to appear presidential again. We know he was ambitious for the Oval office in the past. I can honestly say I don't know who could be a good vp for the dems. I don't plan on voting for them anyway. But I hope the vp they choose is someone more qualified than Obama is to be president.

i guess it would have to be how they added cheney to the bush ticket. you know, because the world was far too aware of the fact that bush is an idiot!
