Depression can lead to diabetes

Researches in Washington found that people with symptoms of depression were 42% more likely to develop diabetes by the end of the study than those without such symptoms

Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations.

thats news to me....and we have one more reason to be cheerful and working our way out of depression...and i think that people who are under this situation will realise the after affects if they continue in that position....

There might be other factors like the effect of certain medications and like the poster above said how depression affects eating habits and physical activity .
