For me man and women both are equal. So i would never mind if my boss is a women.

I have had Male bosses and female bosses and to be honest I haven't really liked the female bosses I have had...I am female myself and strangely enough I don't think many women can handle the job of authority...

No i wouldn't be upset if my boss was a woman but having worked for both male and female bosses, I prefer working for men. I am a female by the way :)

No, I would not be upset if my boss was a woman. As a matter of fact, all my bosses right now are women and we get along great and have no problems. Me and my boss are good friends and help each other out a lot when needed. I think women make good bosses. :-)
