Did I really won?

I know some may know the story behind this and this is the answer from my post called "I Won" I called the office of the New San Jose Builders which claims that I wona house and lot. I did not informed them that I had receive a call from a certain lady that says she is from that company. I just inquire if they also develop a house and lot or something. The answer I got was. They develop a condominium in the area but not a house in lot. So were was that house and lot I am about to claim? ANother revelation was there are no such raffle draw held in thier company that gave a free house and lot. I got that detail in DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) I called this office since most raffles need thier permit. I did not bother anymore to go to the office of New San Jose Builders due to the details I got. So now its clear that I know there's no house and lot for me. That was I was also thinking from the first time of getting such call.
