Tweeze, shave, or wax?

For a girl, I'm quite hairy. I have facial hair that grows a lot and never stops, so removing the hair is something I have to do at least twice a month. I've tried all three techniques of hair removal and so far my favorite is plain ole tweezing. It's quite painful and takes a lot of precision, but it's the best way to keep the hair at bay. Shaving is the easiest and most painless, but my hair grows back right away. Waxing is not as painless, but sometimes not all the hair comes off. What about you? What's your choice method of removing unwanted hair?

tweeze... although it's painful i prefer tweezing the unwanted hair so that i won't have to do it regularly and so that they won't grow thicker and harder like those in our head. when you just tweeze the unwanted hair, when they grow back they'd still seem like the baby hair you have always had since you were born. especially the hair in your legs. as for myself though, i don't remove my hair in my legs. i'm also a bit hairy for a girl but i don't have much of that uwanted hair. the most convenient probably is laser hair removal. although a lot expensive, you won't have to worry about the hair growing back. it's a permanent hair removal. if i would have enough money to allocate for aesthetics, i'd have my underarm hair permanently removed. but you know it's not my priority so i'd probably stick to the conventional ways for a very long time. but you may want to try that method.^_^

I used to shave with the shaver when I was younger, But now I use Nair.. To me this is much easier.. I don't have to worry about, getting knicks and cuts.. It is so easier.. I just have to wipe off in a certain amount of time.

why not go in for electrolosis and have that facial hair removed? I know a friend who gets facial hair and she tweezes all the time and I know how much it hurts!! I have been tempted to do some electrolosis to get rid of my unwanted hairy places that is for sure.

I used to shave and tweeze my underarm hair but I don't feel comfortable on how they grow. It's too itchy, especially when I shaved it. Now, I am more of a wax girl and then when tiny hair tips appear, I use the tweezer to get rid of them. I love the feel after waxing. Smooth. Unlike when shaving. And it doesn't hurt my neck like when I pluck all the hair out. Waxing is the way to go for me.

i prefer waxing better among the three because it's convenient and hair grows slower compared to shaving. tweezing require patience and good pain tolerance. i use either of the choices depending on the situation and my mood.

I'm also hairy. I do shave my arms and legs every once in a week. But I use tweezers for my eyebrow. I've tried shaving it but I don't like the effect of shaving. So I prefer plucking (sp?) though it takes time.

I go to the beauty shop and have them use wax on my facial hair. I don't have to do it often. I can get by having it done about twice a month. It is not that bad as far as the pain goes. It is quickly done and over with. I don't care for the other to methods and I have tried both others.

I would rather suggest you to bleach your face.. You need not remove them.. Removing the hairs will again lead to faster growth of hair.. Instead you can bleach your face and hide the hair.. This will work out well if you have an ordinary or more fair skin color.. Because if u have dark skin, the hair will start looking golden.. Bleaching will brighten your skin color too. This is two-in-one solution!! Hope this helps you out..

It would depend where on the face you are talking about. Eybrows, upper lip areas I wax. If you have anymore you need to get rid of, you might try looking into laser treatments where the hair is removed permanently. Other than that, I shave legs, underarms, bikini line, etc as I am sensitive to wax at times and find it very painful. Good luck!

I shave my legs and underarms every other day. My hair also grow very fast and it much easier just to shave in the shower and get it over with. I tweeze my eyebrows and upper lip. It takes time, but it last alot longer! I tried waxing one time and its not my thing.

I used to use wax as my means of getting unwanted hair but just like you, not all of the hair came off. So I just used shaving instead. It's painless but I just hate it when hair grows back in all the visible places.

I shave my legs every week, although sometimes I use a cream... But I find shaving faster, that is why I seldom used the cream because of the waiting process.

I'm a leg shaver and a eyebrow/upperlip waxer. I tried tweezing, but it hurts to much, with the wax it's just one rip and I'm done. I will tweeze in between waxings though.

we share the same dilemma. i have tried threading for my eyebrows and and it's so painful, i had it shaved and shaped it but it grew back so easily! two weeks ago, i have tried shaving my legs for the first time, i'm not comfortable with it because i think they will grow back easily and much thicker. fortunately, they didn't! i also tried using cream, i have tried waxing as well. my preferred method is waxing since it takes the roots out and the hair grows back more weeks longer than the other methods. however, it is really time-consuming. i just hope i can have them lasered. but it's scary because i have seen some news showing accidents and malpractice in hair removals. it left traumatic scars on the patient!
