Does anyone like bead spriting? I have made an entire custom collection of the Street Fighter Characters as little RPG Characters using beads! What you do is create the image on a pegboard using fuse beads. Then you melt the image and Voila!! You have a beadsprite! Many people make these sprites and sell them! I've sold quite a few, and my Street Fighter collection has been as housewarming gift.

It is adorable!! Very unique and marketable. I've never done any bead spriting before (maybe I'll add that to my long list of crafts I'd like to try ...lol) Do you sell these anywhere, craft fairs perhaps?

I've been thinking about an etsy store, but I am afraid that they won't sell and that I'd lose money having it posted. So right now I just have friends say they want them and I charge them $5. I've sold a couple to internet friends too, I just mail it and they pay in paypal or send me a card with money in it or something. I haven't ever been to a craft fair but I would LOVE to go!

I don't do bead sprites, but could easily get into it. The picture you posted reminded me more of RPG Maker for PC. The international RPG Maker (XP) is a step up graphics wise, but RPG Maker 2000 and 2003 had "Chara sprites" that looked like the Chun-Li image you shared.

I've heard about that!! Yes!! I actually saw some street fighter RPG sprites online, and I took one of them and made it as a template and made my own in Photoshop and made a set. I'm doing Mortal Komba next! WHOO!

I've done this with my kids. We've never made characters like you have, very good by the way, but we make flowers and hearts and crosses. Its a great craft, never thought about selling them though. You should create a website and list it on your myLot home page.

I really don't worry about any fumes since the beads come with a ironing sheet. Its just a few seconds with the iron, but an hour or more of fun to make them.

These beads are perfectly safe. You can buy these beads at Toys R Us, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and tons of places online. It's a lot of fun and sort of like a therapy going through the little beads. It's great fun and all your friends are really impressed by your "niftyness"
