Where do you do your bargin shopping at?

I like going to Target and browse the end of the iles. That's where they put most of their mark down or clearance stuff at. I especially like the 75% off stuff, but I don't see it as much now. They go really fast, sometime a 50% mark down is good enough. I don't even bother with the 15 or 30 percent marked down items. Other place to shop for bargin might be the neighborhood garage sales. Are there other places brick-and-mortal or online should we keep out for bargin?

i love going to the place where almost all the prices is too low like tiangge an ukay ukay,,,

I like Target and here in Australia in the neighbourhood little shopping centres there is usually little shops that Chinese people have with things at bargain prices I love those shops, and I love garage sales too but I can't get up early enough to get the good stuff...
